What makes your company stand out?

We have years of experience in International Relocations and Commercial shipments. With a lower overhead, we can generally provide services at lower prices but at the same (if not better) quality than some of the big relocation companies out there. To top it off, as our company is registered in Hong Kong, we do not charge any VAT, making what you pay even lower! Though most important of all, we promise uncompromised and transparent communication from start to finish.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Just like all the other relocation companies around the world, we offer two main types of insurance for different kinds of clients and their needs. Insurance is always optional, but always insisted upon and normally taken by clients.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

No matter which company you choose, make very certain for yourself that the company is accredited by IAM or FIDI. Accepting a low priced quote from a non accredited company can lead to massive problems and generally a more expensive move in the end.

We cannot recommend [Name removed by Sirelo] and A1 Relobrokers enough, from start to finish [Name removed by Sirelo] was extremely helpful, professional and kind being available to contact with any questions we had and always responded to emails within a short time, much more than can be said for the other companies we made inquiries through.
[Name removed by Sirelo] went above and beyond helping us through the decisions we had to make and ensured everything ran like clockwork getting our items picked up and delivered to our home in Thailand…. Logistically it was amazing and couldn’t have run smoother.

The team in Perth did a fantastic job packing and the team in Thailand did a fantastic job unpacking, everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional….. the only thing that got broken was broken by me!!!
