Disappointing Experience with Vanpac Singapore
I regret to say that my experience with Vanpac Singapore was far from satisfactory. I relocate form Singapore to Spain and from the start, there were numerous issues, including poor communication and delays in handling my shipment. It was frustrating to deal with a lack of transparency regarding timelines, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get simple updates.
The packing and handling of my items also left much to be desired and the company's response to these issues was slow and unhelpful. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care from a company that claims to specialize in international relocations.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me totally dissatisfied, and I would not recommend Vanpac Singapore based on my personal encounter.

Their service is terrible, my shipment shipped out in June and arrived in early August. (in between there has been more than three times of delay delivery without any notice) Worst thing is, I found there was one box missing, I contacted the dispatch team after, their feedback was the box went lost since custom clearance which is more than a month ago. However no one has notified me until I unpacked everything myself.
According to the dispatch report, they are trying to shirk their responsibility and ignore my email and phone calls.
