I used Transworld relocation service in May @2021, they said they have shipment 'every week', but finally took 6 weeks to ship out HK after collecting from my house. and last, the boxes arrived in the UK in 11 weeks. The biggest problem is that I shipped 35 boxes, 15 of the boxes deformed seriously when I receive them, 1 of them even got a big open 'DOOR' from the side! some of the books inside dropped out and were damaged at the corner. it is lucky that this is not happening with my home appliances boxes. I sent an email for this but no response at all...
my stuffs finally arrived and most of them is good condition
handling is a mess, schedule not true
goods with bad handling, can't feel they are protected

WHY do I have to give 2 Stars minimum. They deserve 0 Stars.
Awful service, including holding shipment hostage and extorting additional money claimed not to be in their 'Door-to-Door' service. Interesting name for a limited service for the initial fee. Hardly 'Door-to-Door'. Delays to delivery due to incompetent handling of the clearing proces. Lack of communication. Zero customer service. General indifference........
