The packing staff unnecessarily stuffed one-third of a box with packing paper for non-fragile items. As a result, the shipment volume increased by about 25%, and I ended up paying an additional shipping fee of approximately HKD 15,000 for essentially useless filler.

Re: Our previous review published under AK. After posting that average review, and once we had settled in, we have discovered that certain items I.e. fountain pens and small stationery items, which were supposed to have been packed in HK did not arrive in Mumbai. Carelessness? Or worse, pilferage?
Also, the shipment protection - lump sum method of valuation is practically worthless. Some small value decorative items (way below the prescribed threshold) purchased during overseas travels were damaged. We have now to establish replacement costs etc. etc. for these items before they will even process the claim.
Moral of the story: buyer beware. And try to find another moving company
