I moved 20 times in my life with a lot of furnitures each time. And this is the most awful company I never saw in my life!!!
Not honest at all, they didn’t do what they should have done to quicker the operation with Italie So I Received my box from Italy 3 months after Because they didn’t Do what Should have been done with the contact in Italy (pay them!) ..
They took an insurance for me that doesn’t work and they lost the sound Bar of my bang & Olufsen (Quite very expensive ) And other stuffs..and And I will not be refund for nothing!!!
Really, really go far far far away from this company! I don’t know how they can be one of the first for the moving.. Maybe this should happen for company only. Not even a call, they just don’t care. I put one star I should put zero

I would like to say thank you very much to Beatrice and Lorne for both of their professional supports on our relocation service. We had a very smooth transition service from both of their HK and Melbourne logistic team, and also good handling on transferring our car from HK, the insurance claim on the damages items.
Beatrice, you did a great job and really appreciated your caring and closed monitoring on every step of this project. We are very happy with AGS removal service and highly recommended your company.

We were very pleased to receive our goods this past Friday - and we're happy to report that the entire process was a great success. All of our goods are just as the day when they were packaged. From start to finish we felt informed and supported, and for our next move, we will definitely be calling on AGS first. Thank you for all of your work and support!

Unfortunately, the worst experience with shipping I have had over the years of traveling and using shipping companies. They came to collect my things on the 21st of June 2021 from Beijing and yet almost one month after it has not left Mainland China. During that time, I have contacted them on many occasions and was simply lied to by one of their managers. I was told that the shipment was arranged, that the target departure date was the 17th of July, etc. When I finally challenged their answers, the truth came out, shipping has not taken place and my stuff is still in Mainland China. I would also add that their fares are not cheap yet the service just does't add up. I am currently in Hong Kong alone with my son and we are not expats, we simply can't afford to keep finding alternative accommodation whilst still paying for rent on our empty apartment. So far they have lied to me several times and it seems that now, they just don't have any solution to offer. I do not recommend using AGS movers, they will take your money and run.Read more
